Bedrooms & Linens

The house is available for rentals all year long. This means that we have linens for both summer and winter as well as colour schemes that might appeal to children - for example a bit of pink or a flash of blue. We have three double bedrooms each with their own personal balcony. One of the bedrooms can be used as a single or a double with two mattresses - perfect for children.

Let us know your preference. Certain guests may require a more neutral palette depending on sensory needs and we aim to cater to neurodiverse as well as disabled individuals and families with children. The house is also perfect for professional couples and the LGTBQ community. Please advise on your preference and we will endeavour to dress the house accordingly.

The house is fitted with a digital integrated air conditioning and heating system which means it can be acclimatised to perfection. A recommended 26 degrees in the summer months to avoid any health issues as its warm outside going from hot to cold is not a healthy option. We also like to consider the environment and sustainability is important to us. Heating or A/C should be used only when required.

Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms offer everything one would expect from a fully equipped luxury holiday home. One comes as a full size ensuite to the master bedroom on the lower floor. A full size bath with hand rail, shower, sink, WC and bidet.

A selection of soaps, towels and basic requirements are provided as well as a hairdryer to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

Lounging

Relaxation is essential on holiday and if you chose to stay at home and enjoy the house or go out on the town - you still require all the creature comforts. During summer months you probably won’t want too many textiles, as the weather is very warm. However, if you stay with us in winter time we offer plenty of cosy throws and blankets - so you can cosy up in front of Netflix or a favourite film. There is a three seater sofa and pouffe within an open plan living / dining area. Floor cushions and a cosy rug mean you can create your own space and enjoy some of the ambient lighting with a glass or two or a warming cuppa!

Kitchen & Cooking

The Spanish take their cooking seriously and so do we… You will find plenty of pots, pans, knives, chopping boards and all the usual requirements to make all sorts of culinary delights. Of course there is also a traditional paella pan and a Webber BBQ if you want to cook on the deck.

We have attempted to cater for 6+ with matching crockery, cutlery and wine and cava glasses as well as plenty of child friendly plates and bowls and beakers. You will find tea towels, tuppa-ware, oven gloves and apron as well as the other kitchen essentials. Kettle, coffee maker, oven / grill, hob and extractor fan, full size dishwasher and large fridge / freezer.

We take the environment seriously and their are very good levels of recycling on the residency - plastics, glass, paper, card and food waste are all recycled separately and we’d really appreciate it if you would ensure you do your best too throughout your stay with us.
